Who we are
We are parents of a 2-year-old son from India. Gappa Family is something we built as part of our parenting journey, not as a company first, but as parents who needed better tools.
Why we started
When we looked for screen time that could help our toddler practice words and stay calm, we found mostly apps that were loud, flashy, and full of ads. We wanted something distraction-free: games that use visual cues and repetition instead of overstimulation. So we built them.
Why multi-lingual
Having lived in 6 different states, we have interacted with parents who speak different languages. We chose to make Gappa multi-lingual (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and many more), so families across India and the diaspora can use it. Every child deserves tools that speak their language.
What we believe
Screen time can be a tool for connection, not just distraction. Our games are free, with no ads, no tracking, and no account required. Your child's privacy is non-negotiable.
